Architectural Plans

This property was built as a custom home, not as a rental. As such there have been upgrades and improvements. These plans show the original layout of the townhome. You can see pictures in the navigation bar on the left.

 The main differences are:  

- The main floor has an addition to the kitchen with more counter space, cupboards, and there is room for people to sit at the bar/counter facing into the kitchen.

 - The second floor office room is open, but with the trade-off of limited closet space. The flooring in the office is flat to make it easy for a desk chair to roll and move, instead of having carpeting. This is why we advertise it as a 1 bedroom + office, rather than as a 2 bedroom.
 
- The basement is unfinished with plenty of storage room, and has the washer and dryer.
