River Rock Cohousing is located along Martinez Park and the Poudre Trail. We are 4 blocks from Old Town (downtown with shopping and restaurants), and about 1 mile north of CSU.
We live in a unique "pocket
neighborhood" that is in the heart of Old Town, yet quiet and away from
the trains, and tucked in next to Martinez Park and the Poudre River trails.
Just a few blocks walk to downtown Old Town and the MAX bus station. We are about one mile
north of CSU: an easy bike ride to campus on wide,
low-traffic Sherwood Street, and also a pleasant walk along tree-lined
sidewalks.
